We have seen before where a person wants to hold many posts since he/she has firm belief that he/she can do an excellent job. And most of the time, it will backfire. The person will end up being a part-timer for every job. Plus, he will be branded as greedy and power crazy, even though the intentions are good. The little tit-for-tat between Toyo and Samy on the Padang Jawa temple demolition is giving another headache for PM. As expected, he steps in as referee and orders the game to end (sorry, still enjoying Man Utd’s victory over Barca).

After the Syariah legal experts’ statement saying that prospective convert need not inform their families first, Minister in PM’s Dept in charge of Islamic Affairs, Ahmad Zahid says that the converts may ONLY need to inform AFTER converting! Nasi sudah jadi bubur (No point crying over spilt milk)! The issue is how to prevent all the dubious conversion cases and misuse of religion to the convert’s favor. No point doing it after conversion since the convert can hide behind syariah law and do as he/she please., causing more heartbreak for the abandoned spouse. Continue Reading »
