i was watching Astro Vaanavil's Aatam 100 Vagai (dance competitions) finals on TV today night (had no choice since my nieces were hooked on to it). Surprised to Samy Vellu being called to hand over souvenirs/prizes to sponsors and the winners. Anyway, I had the impression that he got booed when he came on to the stage the first. I'm sure there were some "thumbs down" signs and noises by the crowd. However SV was all smiles, and even waved to the crowd sportingly.
Anyone can verify or correct me?
