Manoharan will be represented by his wife Ms Pushpa to submit his nomination papers at Dewan Hamzah Klang. The supporters will be gathering at 8am at Letchumanan Hall (behind Convent school) before walking to the nomination centre.

The operation centre for M. Manoharan is located at No. 65 Jalan Istana, Klang.

He will be against Gerakan candidate for the N48 Kota Alam Shah state seat. Gerakan won the seat in 2004 with a majority of 2700++ votes. Total voters is around 16k.
