In the same breath, he talked about his party MIUP joining BN, even though MIC has always opposed another Indian party joining BN. He says Samy Vellu is like a “guru”. Well, no matter how much he praises his “guru”, “guru” is always smarter than the student.

I was watching on TV the interview with Nalla and realised he mentioned his party as “Malaysian United Party”, and then corrected himself by saying “Malaysian Indian United Party”. Kind of a prominent gaffe shown on prime time.
