But this, and the rain yesterday, did not dampen their spirits.<\/p>\n<p> Parent-Teacher Association deputy chairman N.Subramaniam said conditions at the school were far from ideal but the future looked brighter with plans for a new three-storey block of classrooms.<br \/> <center><\/p>\n<p><\/center>     &quot;Work on the project is scheduled to start and we hope the building will be completed as soon as possible.&quot; <\/p>\n<p>     Subramaniam said a ground-breaking ceremony will be held later this month on the 0.7 hectare site. <\/p>\n<p>Education Ministry parliamentary secretary Datin Paduka P.
