Found out that the India trip has to be postponed indefinitely, maybe till next year. Hmm&#8230;.what to do during Chinese New Year now?<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I had planned to attend the <a href=\"http:\/\/poobalan.com\/blog\/indian\/2008\/01\/15\/international-ponggal-festival-at-kl-tower\/\">International Ponggal Festival 2008<\/a> which was held at <a href=\"http:\/\/poobalan.com\/blog\/i-was-here\/2008\/01\/15\/view-from-kl-tower\/\">KL Tower<\/a> (Menara KL).  So,  made my way to KL early in the morning. Had breakfast while texting everyone Ponggal wishes. The festival was from 10.30am till 12pm.<\/p>\n<p>Not sure if Then&#8217;s planning to cook ponggal&#8230;.have to keep my fingers crossed.<\/p>\n<p>Oh ya&#8230;.wishing everyone Ponggal valthukel (Ponggal wishes)!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday was Boghi, so naturally today is&#8230;.Ponggal!!!
