He said a new Tamil school <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">would<\/span> be built in Paya Besar and the Government <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">had<\/span> approved RM4.6mil for the project.<\/p>\n<p>He said the project was under the purview of Education Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein and Works Minister Datuk Seri S.
