This is the first part of my analysis of the candidacy for 2008 General Elections. Recently, there are words going around that no Indians will be in parliment if people don’t vote for MIC’s candidates (since Gerakan decided no Indian is capable and PPP’s Kayveas is conveniently ignored). I checked through the list of candidates and picked out those seats that are solely contested by Indians. There are 4 such seats which means 4 Indians will be in the parliment:<\/p>\n
