MIC held Labour Ministry before. Did the rural Indian community had better training and job opportunities before? No matter how the minister wants to implement ideas, he\/she is bound by the policies. Did we see tenders by PWD given to more Indians since Samy was there? No right? It doesn&#8217;t work that way.
