– working with NGOs and academicians for initial data gathering activities.<\/p>\n
– working with NGOs, religious bodies, state agencies\/depts, police, hospitals, schools, and lawyers to get more feedback and provide avenue for the target group to respond.<\/p>\n
– publicity channels to ensure that the target group is aware of such help.<\/p>\n
– think of creative ways to get their points across. Talks and more talks may not work unless the speakers can really bring a change in thinking among the youths.<\/p>\n
– build relationship with companies\/organisations than can offer job for single parents – manufacturing, sales, handicraft\/tourism, F & B, wellness industry,\u00a0 tranport etc are among the industry that can make use of more (wo)manpower.<\/p>\n
– fight for funds from the relevant ministries. For example, they can question why MARA is to be used to channel funds to PR-led states. How are the non-Malays going to be help in this case? So, keyword is to proactive and reactive to latest issues and news.<\/p>\n
All these need people. Puteri should focus on recruiting members and volunteers (those not interested to be members). How?<\/p>\n
