These guys better think of something else than can actually work.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Indian NGOs go on postcard campaign<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestar.com.my\/news\/story.asp?file=\/2008\/5\/7\/nation\/21169230&amp;sec=nation\" target=\"_blank\">source<\/a><\/p>\n<p>KLANG: A coalition of Indian based non-governmental organisations has distributed 100,000 postcards to members of the public to be sent to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi asking for the release of all ISA detainees.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Coalition of Malaysian Indian Organisations<\/span><\/strong> secretary Gunaraj George said this was in support of Hindu Rights Action Force&#8217;s (Hindraf) efforts to seek freedom for its five leaders currently being detained under the Internal Security Act at the Kamunting detention centre. &#8220;We also want the Government to release all others who are being held under the ISA as well,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>He added he was confident the Hindraf leaders would be released soon without serving the two-year detention period, given that their case had generated international interest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>First it was pillows, then flowers, and now we have postcards.
