The social service will be provided on the eve of Thaipusam and on the Thaipusam at the PANTHAL.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nVENUE :<\/strong><br \/>\nBESIDE WATERFALL VINAYAGAR TEMPLE<\/p>\n<p><strong>DATE \/ TIME : <\/strong><br \/>\nSATURDAY (07 \/ 02 \/ 09)  9.00 AM TO 10.00 PM<br \/>\nSUNDAY (08 \/ 02 \/ 09)   9.00 AM TO 10.00 PM<\/p>\n<p><strong>TARGET GROUP:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Those with identity card problem<\/li>\n<li> Those with birth certificate problem<\/li>\n<li> single mothers<\/li>\n<li> poor families<\/li>\n<li> old citizens<\/li>\n<li> disabled people (OKU)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPAALKUDAM PROCESSION<\/strong><br \/>\nConsidering 423 days detention of HINDRAF Lawyers under ISA, Penang Island Makkal Sakthi organizing milk pot procession by 423 members of public. Worry not. You will not be station there the whole day.
