Hopefully not because that will convey a different meaning.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ELEVEN people who applied for loans through the Pusat Bandar Country Homes MIC branch had their wishes granted recently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The 11 received RM6,000 to RM15,000 under the government\u2019s Micro Credit Loan Scheme. A total of RM128,000 was presented during the 1Malaysia Hi-Tea-cum-Deevapali Celebration at the MIC branch office in Bandar Country Homes, Rawang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">About 80 people from poor families, old folks and the disabled also received hampers during the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MIC branch chairman Madhu Marimuthu was the event\u2019s organising chairman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Local delicacies were served and guests were entertained to cultural performances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIt has been a year since the Pusat Bandar Country Homes MIC service centre was opened.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSince our opening, we have organised numerous events like netball and futsal competition, English classes, health seminars, help for single mothers and offered business loans for the residents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cOur service centre handles many cases and people come here for help. Our programme today is to lend a hand to the poor and provide loans to help boost Indian businessmen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI hope the non-government organisations in Bandar Country Homes will work together by holding activities to strengthen the 1Malaysia concept,\u2019\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another interesting news.
