    Dear Poobalan,

I appreciate your concern about Indians. Many Indians who are doping well hesitate to come forward to think about Indians future in Malaysia. They only fond of accusing others particularly MIC for our backwardness compare to other races. For instance see what is happening in Penang. Majority of Indians in Penang voted for DAP because they thought DAP would safeguard the legitimate interest of the Indians better than BN. But what happen? After winning the election and forming the state government , the DAP government is only cares about one particular community. DAP even refuse to honour the promises made to Kg.Buah Pala residents during the election campaign.

Lately, DAP is telling us all sorts of unrevelent and conflicting details on the alleged illegal transfer of land to Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Pulau Pinang by the previous BN government. But till today Lim Guan Eng have not even visited Kg Buah Pala . DAP and Lim is busy with MACC on Teoh’s death inquiry and the demolition of pig abattoir in Kedah. We too feel sad about Teoh’ s death and we too demand for a through inquiry. But Lim should also give equal importance to help the Kg.Buah Pala residents who dearly needs his help.

Lim is asking the Kg.Buah Pala residents to meet him to resolve the issue without a lawyer representing the affected residents. Why should he worry about a lawyers presence when he talks about tranparency and CAT and so on. Lim also outpour his anger against HINDRAF.But remember, Kg. Buah Pala issue is close to Indians heart. HINDRAF is merely doing their work to defend the legitimate rights of Indians. Lim and his supporters should not paint a picture that HINDRAF is over board or being demanding too much for Indians. Then there is no difference between BN and DAP regards to an Indian’s interest and wellbeing.. Both don’t care when it comes to Indian problems.

Indians demand Lim Guan Eng to answer the questions posted elsewhere by a concerned penangite. Why isn’t his DAP government is hesitating to give a transparent statement of facts on the whole situation. Who are the perpetrators of this land scam? And, if proven, surely there is a legal and moral obligation for this government to step in and revert the land title to its original status quo.

Was the Brown Housing Trust properly and legally constituted in the first place, and the land titles given to the respective Indian villagers then, and if so, how did this dissolution came about, who did it, when and why, etc? If there are illegalities, Lim’s government should charge the perpetrators for fraud, gross dereliction of public duties, and shirking their fiduciary responsibilities.

Why is that the PAS and PKR senior representatives of Pakatan Government were there with Uthayakumar on July 5, and no DAP personnel were there at all – let alone the two Lims –It shows that the DAP leaders are adopting a lackadaisical attitude when come to handle the problems faced by Indians.

Malaysian Indians all over Malaysia should take note and be aware of DAP drama and tactics ,particularly LGE attitude towards Indians and HINDRAF. LIM should not keep blaming the previous government for this problem. Lim should not ONLY think of some business man who are going to make fortunes over this deal but also come out with clear conciousness to help the Kg. Buah Pala residents and Indians who gave him a strong support to win the election and to become a CM of Penang.

Indians all over Malaysia watching closely the game played by LIM and his Pakatan Rakyat government.
