i hope the create a multi-channel feedback – email/sms/hotline/fax/letter/forum/meet the rakyat sessions etc. not only focus on academicians, politicians, NGOs, govt dept, but also go down to the affected areas.

This is incredible. After 50 years of listings, committees and reports we ended up with HINDARF RALLY. Now, PM wants MIC to start another list, committee and report for what? Toilet Paper I guess! Who are we kidding? The same people doing the same thing all over again.
