Gerakan is multiracial? Their list of candidates doesn’t seem to show so!

Yeah, its not the final list yet, but its surprising to see that there’s no representation from other races.

    Dear Poobalan,

It is an eye-opener for all Indians in Gerakan to find out that ALL the candidates for the coming 12th General Elections are Chinese. Not a single Indian or Malay candidate has been nominated by the Party!

Shame on Gerakan, which always claim that it is a multiracial party!!!

We should salute PAS, which openly admits it is an Islamic party, for nominating a non-Muslim Indian woman for a state seat in Tiram, Johore. Haven’t we been told that PAS is a extremist Islamic party and that if it comes to power, the Indians will suffer??? PAS has found it reasonable to forge an inclusive policy in this elections and this is commended.

DAP has given a fair share of the seats to Indians but there is still room for improvement.

So, Malaysian Indians who are not hard-core BN supporters should consider giving Gerakan the cold shoulder this elections.
