He clarified that this was past of the disciplinary measures decided upon completion of the investigation. One then has to wonder why this punishment was not revealed earlier together with the warning letter.
The teacher, who is currently suspended from school and doing
clerical work in the Selangor Education Department, has been undergoing
two-week counselling. She has been reprimanded and given a stern warning. The teacher has promised that the incident will not recur.
Not sure if this the “we will do it our way” outcome of MIC.
Meanwhile, the police admitted that they cannot act against teachers like Ms Rusitah who go about insulting the Indian community, unless they physically harmed the students.
District criminal investigations department chief Deputy Superintendent
Roslan Ibrahim said no action could be taken against a teacher accused
of verbal abuse.“When such cases (verbal abuse) are reported, we can only forward it to the Education Department for further action,” he said.
On racial slurs, Roslan said it could be categorised as mental abuse.
“However it would be difficult to charge a teacher suspected of
racially abusing a student unless there is strong supporting evidence
and witnesses who are willing to testify in court,” he said.
hahaha, that why we Chinese sent our kids to chinese school….
That is true Chinnaapek, we Indians yearn for self-sufficient Tamil school system too, but I guess as you may already know, we still have Tamil schools in cow shed and construction containers.
So till then we have to keep “believing” someone is gonna help us with Tamil schools while our children at national schools are abused in open day light.
There are more Ms Rusitahs all over the schools, civil service, public services and the uniformed services – of all the services. These are the specimens that were germinated in clandenstine manner in madrasahs and hostels to become the vanguard of the ketuanaan race.
They were fed with all the wrong things. They were told that everyone else is an animalor a beast whilst thwey languished in their own orgies of various sorts. Read the Web Site on Malay Women for more news in this area of operations.
They were given examination questions and to add insult to injury pobably had their marks enhanced if rumours that abound in this regard are to be given cognition. So what type of ‘animal’ do you finally bring out into the world?
These toadies are an insult to the race, religion and the country. The sooner that the powers that be, get rid of them in every way possible – the better it will be for the country.
Why have MUHIBBAHS and Ministry of Unity and so forth when you have specimens like Rusitah roaming the wide expanse of our Service Organisations.
A short stint with the Arabs in their desert tents may give them some know how about what really life is all about. Do they have no clue as to what is going to happen to their Children and the children’s children?
powerless ??? Thy often seen with max power when comes to handling Indians … !
Option 1 : sit down like idiots and cry for justice within 4 walls
Option2 : voted out BN from the face of M’sian politics
One may ask what different PR can do ?? Yes they also consist of malays with ‘old’ mindset (some of them protested Bar’s forum kan ?) . But the difference I see is that in PR non malay voice is heard much more than in BN whr u could only speak if you are umno . It may not show 180degree change in racial tolerance but it will kick start the momentum …… ..
Let’s do it together !!! Let PP by-election the first stepping stone !
tht’s the spirit i’m talking about…….
VK / Killi
Since this is in Selangor why can’t PR or HINDRAF do something instead of asking MIC what they can do ? You guys have thrown MIC out so now I ask you WHAT HAVE YOU DONE ?
Don’t just keep talking. PR has done nothing, even in Kapar a Hindu temple has been demolished…what a shame !It is in PR state and the area is under a HINDRAF MP….This only shows that PR has betrayed Indians and HINDRAF has failed and cheated us…
Killer, I am not sure if you realise or not, but the Education ministry comes under the federal government. Ah wait a minute, who is in not part of the federal government if not MIC?
So PR will not be able to handle the matter except ask in the Parliment which they already did, but to date Hishamuddin aka Education Minister lost his words.
As for the Kapar temple, I can swear on the Quran that I didn’t read such a temple in Kapar got demolished. Care to share to a link Killer?
p/s Did you guys know that as non-Muslims in Malaysia we are not allowed to utter or write words like Quran and Allah? Childish isn’t it? Oh well, another interesting fact to tell your great grand children.
IM from kapar..which temple? Can u give me the address MR.Killer
dont worry guys , Killer will never respond becos his sources are as dumb as him . Only schoolsboys like Satish will come out to support him….
umno will never learn …… read the (part of) article below …. another point for me …. What we (non-malays) doing so far (ie rejecting BN(umno) ) is indeed far and correct move …… keep moving guys ….

Racist remarks and reactions from MCA
An UMNO division leader was reported to have allegedly uttered racist remarks during one of the ceramahs in Permatang Pauh buyby-election. He was supposed to have said that “Chinese were squatters in the country, and were both selfish and unjust”, according to a Malaysiakini report today.
I am commenting not because of what this fellow said. Over the years, how many UMNO leaders have uttered things like that? On many occasions, even keris were raised . So this racial profiling is nothing new.
I am commenting because the response is so predictable and of course gives me a sense of Deja Vu. MCA youth is starting a signature campaign to ask that this division head be sacked, according to the report.
When I said Deja Vu, I mean that so many times in the past, members of the component parties have complained of racist remarks of UMNO leaders, but usually nothing much will come out of it.
Remember 2006 UMNO youth meeting? Someone uttered racists remarks and caused an uproar among the youth leaders of the component parties. In the end, nothing happened. All sandiwara.
A former minister, who is now eyeing the top position of MCA, is said to have described the relations between component parties and UMNO as that of Master and servant. If that is so, why still stick around? Why not come out of the coalition and be own boss?
I hate to mention that this reaction from MCA youth will probably lead to nothing except perhaps increase political mileage for the few youth leaders that started this signature campaign , and maybe win them some votes in the coming party election.
What they should do is to pressure their own party leaders to take a stand. Say, UMNO must act against this fellow and others who utter racist remarks, otherwise MCA with its 15 MPs will cease to support this coalition. If MCA leadership dares to issue this threat, UMNO might just want to take disciplinary action , or use sedition act against the errand dividsion chief, because at the present moment, UMNO needs every single BN MP to be on its side. It is as simple as this.
The question is, the top brass of MCA, do they dare to issue such ultimatum?
———————————————————————————
Well what about the PKR MP for Kulim ? Any comments anyone ??
PR being bombarded by ppl to punish him and DAP MP’s are on full force to criticize him ….. see that’s the difference ……. In BN no one could stand up and speak up …..
Aren”t you in support to go against the forum ? Suddenly so caring and wanna kutuk the MP pula……. Killer a good sandiwara specialist…… in your MNC you are the head of the entertainment dept ?
You talking about the PKR MP uttering racist remarks during the protest at the Bar Council forum?
Yea sure I will spank him myself when I get hold of him. In fact I am pretty annoyed why no action has been taken against him, both by the ruling government and PKR party itself.
You see Killer, I am all for justice, doesn’t matter who it is. Be it any of the PR people, be it Samy and MAIKA shares, serve justice to all of them. Don’t spare any of them.
VJ,
I read the said report about the racist UMNO guy at harisibrahim.wordpress.com and at some other blogs. This guy utters such seditious words and no action is being taken. Any other non-Malay would have been hauled up to Kamunting.
It is encouraging to notice that some MCA guys have taken up this matter. Hope it is not another MCA election gimmick. Hope the demand for a public apology is met, otherwise they should ponder on the extreme possibility of withdrawing support to the BN.
The Barisan Neraka is at the crossroads where it can drop its Ketuanan mentality and redress the harm they have done by hijacking the NEP for the corrupted Umnoputras.
They should speed up the reforms in the judiciary and the PDRM which has become a state within a state with exclusive dictatorial powers to intimidate and brutalise non-Malays and their struggle for equality.
The Barisan Neraka can forget the Indian votes so long as they do not rectify the laws on conversion and put an immediate stop to body-snatching.
On a lighter note this killer’s people might find his body snatched and given a muslim burial for all the support he is giving the Malay-Muslim hagemonistic cause.
“…on the extreme possibility of withdrawing support to the BN.”
Well, I don’t see why it is not possible. Here you have UMNO machinery calling the Chinese as babi and stuff at PP just days before Merdeka. If they can’t respect their own coalition component parties, then how will they respect anyone for that matter??
MCA, MIC, Gerakan etc, despite my hatred for them, they need to grow balls and stop begging for crumbs from UMNO. Why beg when it is your right??
If UMNO doesn’t apologise, just break from BN. There is no need to join PR, but show where they stand by breaking away.
