At the Hari Raya and Deepavali open house at his ministry yesterday,  Transport Minister Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy presented wireman S. Krishnamoorthy, 18, a certificate of appreciation and a plaque. The young hero saved 18 passengers during the Seagull Express 2 ferry fire near Pulau Tioman last month.
