Bala changes tune over statutory declaration

Statutory declaration is plaything is it? Can make and retract as you like? Waste people’s time and money only. Don’t know how many people wasted money buying newspaper today.

Just like Lingam, Bala also causes more misery and bad name for the Indian community. How people want to have faith in you if keep on changing tune as you like?

p balasubramaniam private investigator altantuya murder case

Yesterday he was all smiles, today the Malaysiakini photo shows a glum face.

It takes guts to go through this. Unfortunately, not many of us are able to face it when the going gets tough. Bribed, threatened, cajoled, misled?

From his changed declaration, we can see that those that specifically mention Najib Tun Razak have been altered or deleted. Also, do note that the things mentioned are those have been in public knowledge all this while. We have seen emailed photos of the deceased with certain people. We have read emails on the RM500k money. We heard rumors of marriage. Only the Singapore diamond exhibitions sounds new (to me at least).

This can only mean two things – its a lie from the beginning and he was coached/forced to make those declarations, or its true and he was forced to remove those damaging statements. There’s a third possibility – the two declarations were preplanned so as to insinuate that Bala was forced to change his declaration. In other words, purposely make a false declaration, then pretend to be threatened and change it.

Najib obviously denies all the allegations made earlier. All lies he says. Badawi says no comments.

Whatever it is, only one will survive this round of battle – Najib or Anwar. We can expect more lies and half-truths from both parties as they play a dangerous game of chess.

cant blame him . There’s a very strong threat behind him …… it’s not easy for him . He should have went to the police station (after SD1) with a strong lawyer team tagging along . Sources said his lawyer wasnt with him till he came back home …. a mistake was made there…..

Whatever it is, anyone notice how Badawi is out of focus for a change? The talk of town is about Najib and Anwar, his possible successors. Somehow I feel Badawi has a hand in this; could Bala be Badawi’s man instead of Anwar, to derail Najib?

Anwar was never interested in Altantuya’ case since the beginning, only RPK was. Only RPK declared he has the evidence and stuff. So where did this Bala come from all of a sudden? If he really was Anwar’s man, then wouldn’t it make more sense to disclose the evidence much earlier? Perhaps before the elections? That would have won more seats for PR then. So it begs the question, if Bala was indeed Anwar’s man, why did Bala wait for so long?

But suppose what if Bala is Badawi’s man? Badawi first comes out with a story that Anwar engaged in a sodomy act, to derail Anwar first. Then Badawi sets up Bala to come against Najib, so that Najib is derailed next.

But the most recent SD is the trickiest. Either Bala refuses to lie on behalf of Badawi so he pulls out, or was threatened by Najib so now he pulls out. Whatever it is, Badawi is out of the headlines.

Lets keep watching the mega-serial. Sigh.

Only a fool would believe the 1st SD. Bala is not an uneducated laborer but an ex-SB officer. He has given evidence under oath during the trial and with his 1st SD he basically admitted he had lied. I remember Bala insisting in giving his testimony in Tamil claiming he can’t speak BM. That actually made a lot of people laugh at that time.

If he had any evidence, why didn’t he give it before the trial was over. Also why did he gave the press conference at PKR’s office accompanied by Anwar and his henchmen and women ? My guess is that he was paid well by Anwar and once he realised that he could be jailed for lying, he quickly retracted his SD.

BTW, those we speculated wildly, please remember that all what Bala said was just heresay and cannot be admitted as evidence in a trial. However he can be charged as lying under oath.

Killer , it should read “only a fool would not believe….”

Similarly , the ppl are asking why new sodomy case on AI just exploded and not before . This is politics . Need right backup support prior any drastic action . You should read ‘Thirukkural’ to know this .

You think it’s so easy to convict a political VIP ? If it’s that simple M’sia will have the best judiciary in the world.
Too many ppl , the SD1 is not a surprise . They were known way before ….and ppl were bitting nails when someone will come up with evidence .

See who’s the fool now ? Good , you are learning !

          Hello bro

I can make a SD claiming RPK is a paedophile saying I heard some guys talking about at a mamak stall. But that would not make an evidence as any corrupt and greedy fool can make such SD.

If RPK or Anwar had evidence, that would already been in the cyberspace. All RPK claimed was heresay, just like Bala.

People like you will believe in anything as long as it satifies your political views. But don’t expect others to be equally naive and foolish.
