Their website has more details. It seems Nelson Mandela is also recipient of such Doctorate.

but, on a serious topic, is the doctorate appropriate for someone who is alleged to have discriminated certain population in the country and ruled with iron fist? nelson mandela ok lah…fight for freedom. if give doctorate of development to TDM, maybe more suitable. but humanity?
