I wonder if this is a good move. Are the unemployed graduates qualified to be trainers or should they be first be retrained to ensure marketability? I dread thinking what kind of graduates who are unemployed who will be taken in as trainers? Hope no major disaster happens due to trainer mistake in the future.

At the moment, there a serious lack of Chinese and Indian trainers. Is this one of the way to fulfill the need, or is this an exercise to offer graduates who unable to communicate in English an employment?
