Imagine ladies aged between 20s and 50s talking politics, instead of mega-serials and cooking recipes. Well, that’s what HINDRAF has done. These ladies are the working category, in a multi-racial environment. They shared their experiences and latest news (rumours as well) on current election campaign. From Saravanan (standing in Tapah) being labelled with not-so-kind-words, to talking about situation if no indian representatives are in parliment, these ladies signify the huge leap that is happening in the Indian community. » Read more: Indian women power at work!

Party loyalists and grassroots may not like it if the candidates are not from their “area” or “type” of people. But looking at the way things are going, I think DAP and PKR are putting more Indian candidates compared to Gerakan (none as of today!). » Read more: more Indian candidates from DAP thanks to Rayer
