April 10th, 2008Nothing was mentioned in YSS’s website, but SV has confirmed that Denison Jayasooria has resigned from YSS, even though the “resignation is yet to be accepted”. MIBA questions meeting with EPU by YSS
April 2nd, 2008While MIBA was busy arguing about YSS’s initiative, its interesting to note that EPU have not done anything (at least that we know of) on the previous recommendations by MIC/YSS nor after PM met the NGOs early this year. KUALA LUMPUR: A book about all the work done by the MIC and issues concerning the Indian community will be on sale beginning next week. The book, entitled Social Development and Indians in Malaysia, An Agenda for Social Inclusion, is a compilation of 113 articles written by Social Strategic Foundation executive director Datuk Dr Denison Jayasooria.
