Vwaishhnavi want to give rose to King

Got this letter via email. The little girl, Vwaishhnavi, who was supposed to give roses to PM during Roses for PM campaign (Valentine week) is now targetting the King. There’s also a mention of special “request”. The PM rejected the idea of attending any function. The King will take the same stance I guess. This time, there’s no mention of hundreds of kids or any supporters’ presence.
