This was approved by the previous govt. A bit to late to help the earlier administration, but of course the people are benefitting.
Temple’s five-year wait finally comes to an end

THE Sri Subramaniar temple in PJS 7 Bandar Sunway has now an approved 15,000 sq ft of land to officially carry out its additional activities. A letter of approval was recently handed over to the temple committee received by temple chairman M. Arumugam.
Former Selangor state exco member Datuk Tang See Hang handed over the approved letter to a committee member, who said they had made the land application more than five years ago. The 15-year-old temple has an existing 5,500 sq ft of land with proper land title and grant and decided to extend the premise to an adjacent open space about 10 years ago.
Temple secretary R. Manivasagan said that he was thankful for all the help rendered. It’s been a long wait, but we are glad it’s finally over. With this extended site, we can conduct bharatnatyam dance classes, yoga sessions, and also run a kindergarten for poor children staying around this PJS 7 area”.
Manivasagan said although they have a written approval now, the committee still hoped the state would issue an official grant for the extended land so they would have something more concrete to hold on to.
