KUALA LUMPUR: More Indian students will stand a chance to get a tertiary education with an increase in the number of Public Service Department scholarships. The MIC education bureau head, Datuk T. Marimuthu, told a seminar for SPM and STPM students that the number of scholarships had increased from 1,800 to 2,000 this year. For them, not having the ceremony will be depriving Manoharan of his privileges, access to documents, allowances, etc. Perhaps the new MB needs some capable legal advisors so that he can get the correct facts and then provide proper replies.
