Why Penang UMNO ask to cancel mega projects

 This is one of the most ridiculous thing I have heard this year! Maybe these guys forget that the money belongs to the country, not political parties or governments. Anyway, I think the new government had already mentioned that it will review all mega projects to judge its viability. Looks like Prof Ramasamy who is DCM 2 will be in charge of economic planning, education and human resources, science, technology and innovation. Not to say dummy DCM, but average position.
