Looks like Prof Ramasamy who is DCM 2 will be in charge of economic planning, education and human resources, science, technology and innovation. Not to say dummy DCM, but average position.

I’m surprised to read this news today. We can find many assemblymen fighting for the EXCO positions to get hands on the portfolios. Here, we read TWO people rejecting the offer.
