New Selangor MB Khalid is making wrong assumption that money can buy anything. Same mistake that the elections candidates from ruling government did, promising more allocations, funds etc. for the marginalised communities…but still got a firm kick in the posterior. Temples to pay RM1 only

Khir Toyo did announce the RM1 quit rent for vernacular schools last year end. Now PKR extends it to temples and places of worships. This is applicable to registered places. Unregistered ones don’t pay anything!  😀 Can we expect the rest of the states to follow this step?

3 Indians in Perak EXCO?

Hmmm…DAP only have Chinese and Indian candidates. So, not much options. But what irritates me is that the idea of seat being allocated by race. DAP allocates 2 seats for Indians, and the balance 4 for Chinese, says a “high-ranking insider”. Why not pick the best 6 for the job? Of course it is heartening to know that Indians are finally being given chance to serve the state/country at a higher level, but I hope these guys do the job well and not spoil the community’s name. » Read more: 3 Indians in Perak EXCO?
