Anyway, about 200++ people gathered to accompany Uthaya’s mother to hand over memorandum to persuade PM to allow for proper medical treatment for Uthaya. Even though the Star said the memo was handed over to PM, information via email says it was given to one of his private secretaries. The appeal letter and Waytha’s press statement is also available online.
