This can cause the undecided Indians and other communities to think again if want to support them. I was supposed to write about this on the week after Chinese New Year, but delayed it to after Rose for PM event. I’m sure many of us are aware about the revelation that many Indians (40,000!) don’t have proper documentation like birth certificates. This means they are denied many basic rights like education, access to welfare services, employment etc. Now, most of us will remember MIC people going around promoting the tour they were organising all around the country starting from Klang. 37 percent of MIC members not voters

For a party that seen as lacking support from the community recently, it has quite a big number of members, nearly 1/3 of the Indian population. Wonder how many will actually vote for for MIC/BN candidates. Another problem is that 37% of its members are not voters! Perhaps MIC should start in-house campaign to get its members registered, unless of course these are members who are in “other world” now or who are invisible members. 🙂 » Read more: 37 percent of MIC members not voters
