Entertainment ban in PAS ruled states

 PAS must be careful and not treat other states like it does in Kelantan. Perak and Kedah have substantial amount of Chinese and Indians. Plus, PAS will be ruling with support of other parties, and not on its own merit. Christian voters enter the equation

One religion which cuts across racial boundaries to a certain extent is Christianity. Indians, Chinese, east malaysians, foreigners – all can be Christians. Thus when the churches start to “advise” their voters, the equation becomes a bit more complicated. If typical stereotyping says Chinese just want better business environment, the introduction of religion brings forth issues like church approval, bible confistication, interference with religion etc. » Read more: Christian voters enter the equation
