We cannot simply react to political parties‘ call, we have to react towards what is public safety and peace and will make due considerations if there is no threat to national security
The last I counted the list of supporters included 2 political parties, one foreign NGO, and one business association:
DAP
MIBA
HAF
and
GERAKAN!!!
Looks like Syed Hamid actually condemned fellow BN coalition partner by saying that the government should not simply react to political parties. No one respects Gerakan anymore I guess. Should Gerakan dissolve or quit BN?
By the way, the list now includes Param Cumaraswamy and PKR as well.
