Vallu’s back home

The weekend was a bit hampered by news that vallu is admitted to hospital. I had a bad feeling since friday night. No one picked up when i called on saturday. True enough, he was admitted on saturday morning.
I’ve smsed ganesh, suraj and theva first. Will inform others if need to.
Sister says he is under medication for pain, but should be ok. Heard that mr athi and family visited him on sunday morning.
I went to see him at noon. Managed to reach the hospital in 40 minutes, surprisingly the roads were clear.
He seemed drowsy..due to medication and lack of sleep. Chatted for about 45 minutes. Didn’t want to tire him so much. His sister was there as well. Told her i’ll drop by again in the weekend if he is still admitted.
Hope he recovers soon.

A trip to shopping center to buy some gifts turned into a mini deepavali shopping spree as well. and safe to say, i’m done with my deepavali new clothes, thanks to Then 🙂
Now, she’s expecting a trip to little india in return for saree shopping…hope doesn’t burst the wallet !
PDA adventure begins

on sunday the 16th, she is the proud new owner of O2 xda atom, complete with bluetooth earpiece and 1GB expanded memory.
of course, like all techies, i used it first for two days before presenting it to her 🙂 i had to do lots of settings…hehehehe…
Hope she’ll enjoy it and won’t forget her appointments 🙂
