Hmmm…DAP only have Chinese and Indian candidates. So, not much options. But what irritates me is that the idea of seat being allocated by race. DAP allocates 2 seats for Indians, and the balance 4 for Chinese, says a “high-ranking insider”. Why not pick the best 6 for the job? Of course it is heartening to know that Indians are finally being given chance to serve the state/country at a higher level, but I hope these guys do the job well and not spoil the community’s name. » Read more: 3 Indians in Perak EXCO?

the president will wield his prerogative powers to replace some of the state chairmen with younger leaders

Threats are what MIC is famous for

I have told the youth leaders that they would be sacked if there was one more statement regarding the problems in the state MIC in the newspapers

Still haven’t learned anything, I guess. Oh wait a minute, it will be a “media misquoted me” statement tomorrow.

Wonder how this R & R powwow will end. The problem started when a majority of youth leaders wanted state chairman Rajagopalu to be removed after ACA started investigations. Typical MIC response from Rajagopalu:

Rajaendran is forgetting that he himself can be removed anytime
